Loved this korean class. This was my second class with Grace. I was able to learn and improve so much over just a few months.

The pacing of the material was great. Grace creates such a welcoming environment. There is absolutely no judgement, no matter what level you are at so that everyone feels comfortable participating. Hoping for a level 3 class in the future!

I really enjoyed this course. Grace was always prepared, organized, and on time, and she made every class fun and interactive.

The materials were easy to follow and had just the right amount of challenge.

As someone who does not come from a Korean background, I never would have imagined that I could go from knowing all of 3 words - specifically 안녕하세요, 감사합니다, and 잠시만요 (ㅋㅋㅋ) - to being able to read the Hangeul alphabet - to actually writing my own Korean sentences in a matter of 3 months! Never in my wildest dreams! It is a great testament to Grace and the wonderful teacher she is! Convo Level 2 was definitely the most difficult class out of the three, but Grace (as she always does) challenged and encouraged us every step of the way. And while I fully understand that one does not become fluent in Korean in 9 weeks, I leave Convo 2 feeling fulfilled and inspired to keep learning - one day, one word, one sentence at a time.

Took the 3-week “Conversation Level 2” class with Grace and had a fantastic experience. The sessions were engaging and it was really fun connecting with classmates twice a week. Even as someone who is Korean, I was surprised at how much grammar and vocabulary I didn’t know—joining this class helped me fill in a lot of the gaps and made me more confident using Korean in real conversations. After taking Grace's Conversation 1 class in July, I immediately jumped on the opportunity to take her next Conversation 2 class when it opened up. If you're in the same boat, DO IT. If you are thinking of starting with this one, also DO IT.

This class is definitely a step up, and dives deeper into grammar rules and verb tenses. I love how much time Grace dedicates to giving everyone a chance to speak and practice. Grace is the teacher you want when learning Korean. The classes have enough structure to prepare and study, yet they also allow for organic dialogue on similar topics. There is a good balance of learning Korean in an academic level and as well as in a practical level. Being in a class with others who have the same goal and skill level alleviates some of the pressure or learning a different language and making mistakes. The lessons felt less like a classroom and more like a chat room where we could practice speaking and understanding Korean. Thank you Grace!

I enrolled in this course to improve my speaking. It was the perfect balance between being challenging but still comfortable to work through mistakes. Grace was able to provide a lot of direct feedback in the small group setting. After the course, I’m much more confident speaking Korean and would highly recommend it!

This was a great course with an amazing teacher and awesome classmates! It focuses on conjugating and conversation. I really love the small class size because the teacher sees you and you actually get to speak. 선생님 is very patient and engaging. I've studied solo in the past but learning with a group makes it more meaningful and fun. I wish Grace씨 had more classes to offer because I would enroll in all of them! 성말 감사합니다!

I started with the Hangeul class and wasn't sure what I could learn, but this has been the most supportive environment to learn in. I was so happy to take Conversation Level 1 and Level 2 to keep expanding on my Korean. I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn Korean!!!
